"Rave"-Style
Macintosh Finder--
I designed this Desktop with a male Gen-Xer in his early 20's in mind so I had lots of fun experimenting with the icons, colors, and language. There is a skateboard for the hard drive, a garbage can that looks like it could be found in a shopping mall, and a squared off Mac icon in the upper right corner. Note the time is 4:35 AM -- perhaps after dancing all night long, our Gen-Xer friend gets home and feels like surfing the Web. I chose this color palette because it reminds me of colors I see on t-shirts popular among my "target user group" currently. |
